This policy explains how RESCAIVA Digital Solutions (“MediPulse”, “we”) handles your information when you use the MediPulse app and website. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and guidance of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, preferred language, state.
- Health information you choose to share: symptoms, health profile (e.g. blood group, genotype, conditions, medications, allergies), lab values you enter, Health MOT readings and emergency contacts.
- Payment records: transaction references and status from our payment provider. We do not store card details.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To provide health guidance you request, in your language.
- To keep your account, subscription and emergency features working.
- To keep the service safe and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Health information and AI
To answer your questions we use an AI service. Before any request is sent, personal identifiers are removed and only the minimum health context is included. Sensitive health fields are encrypted in our database. Skin photos are analysed and not stored.
Organisational members
If your organisation enrolled you, it receives only aggregate information (for example, how many seats are active). It never sees your health information.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing festusolowo1@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, unless the law requires otherwise. Lab images, where used, are deleted within 30 days.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the regulator of any breach as the law requires.
